Charles "Rusty" Windle, CPA started with the firm in 1991 and worked his way up from a staff accountant to owner of the firm. Rusty is a 1988 graduate of Harding University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
Marsh Tholen has been with the firm over 10 years. She handles the bookkeeping and payroll services for the company.
Tiffney Gentry is the receptionist and customer relations specialist.
Phyllis Klinger works in the bookkeeping department.
Diedera Kent works in the income tax preparation and bookkeeping departments.
Steve Crockett, CPA works in all areas of the firm. He works mostly with income tax preparation and audit work.
We are members of the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Being a member of this organization requires that we complete a significant number of continuing education hours each year to stay abreast of tax and accounting changes that occur each year.
Rusty Windle, CPA is a member of the Eureka Springs Rotary Club. He is a past Treasurer and President of the Club. He is also a current board member and past board chairman of the Carroll County Community Foundation. In addition to these organizations he is also a board member and current President of the Eureka Springs School Board.
